Introduction

Ximei Resources Holding Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Group") is a listed company on the main board of Hong Kong, code: 9936.HK. The group's operating entity in mainland China is Ximei Resources (Guangdong) Limited (formerly known as Guangdong Zhiyuan New Material Co., Ltd.). The company's hydrometallurgical production capacity ranks among the top in the world.

Our business spans the entire supply chain from resources, smelting, processing and manufacturing. We have our own on-site analysis facilities for material identification, and obtained ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications for the first time in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Founder, CEO

Group Founder, Controlling Shareholder, Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Powder Metallurgy from Central South University in 1984 and an EMBA degree from the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University in 2011. As a Senior Engineer, he brings over 40 years of industry experience in tantalum-niobium metallurgy.

Group Vice President,responsible for the Group's production management, technological upgrading, and domestic project construction,oversees production, quality, lean manufacturing, and human resources. As a Senior Engineer, Mr. Lan has nearly 30 years of experience in the nonferrous metallurgy industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Nonferrous Metallurgy from Southern Institute of Metallurgy and a Safety Production Management Qualification Certificate. He has received numerous honors, including Provincial Outstanding Entrepreneur and Industry Outstanding Talent.

Group Vice President, Executive Director, and Member of the Remuneration Committee.Ms. Huang possesses nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, international client development, supply chain management, and comprehensive corporate management. She graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a major in English. She previously served as Deputy Secretary-General of both the Cobalt Branch and the Tantalum & Niobium Branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and currently serves as an Executive Committee Member of the International Tantalum-Niobium International Study Center (T.I.C.).

Group Vice President.A Senior Economist, Mr. Fan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Xi'an International Studies University and a Master of Management degree from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. He has nearly 20 years of professional experience in tantalum-niobium metal marketing, strategic client expansion, international business negotiation, and corporate strategic planning.

Mr. Zhang graduated successively from Anhui University of Science and Technology and Eastern Oregon University in the United States, earning dual Bachelor's degrees in Science and Arts. He has over 23 years of extensive experience in metal mineral trading, overseas mining development, and international commodity trade arbitration.

Ximei Resources (Guangdong) Limited is a national high-tech enterprise. We have built up the Engineering Technology Research Center for High Purity Tantalum and Niobium Materials of Guangdong Province, a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, a Provincial Innovative Enterprise of Guangdong, a Provincial Science & Technology Commissioner Workstation of Guangdong and other technological innovation platforms. Our R&D core team consists of 9 research scientists with advanced degrees and 2 PhD (Doctorate) researchers. We have established in-depth strategic cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Central South University, South China University of Technology and other scientific research institutes. Presently, we have 100 patented technologies, 5 national or industry standards, and 9 provincial-level advanced technology products. We are also a TIC and ITSCI member, and certified by RBA (RMI) as a conformant smelter.
