Upstream Mining Strategic M&A and Resource Investment: Acquiring premium global mineral resources to fortify upstream raw material reserves.
Capacity Expansion and Business Upgrades: Expanding domestic hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical processing facilities as well as deep-processing production lines to meet growing downstream demand for high-end orders.
Working Capital: The remaining proceeds will supplement the Group’s working capital, covering technology R&D and daily operational expenses to continuously optimize cash flow structure.
Wu Lijue, Chairman and Founder of Ximei Resources, stated:“The successful execution of this placing and its enthusiastic subscription by international long-term funds and industrial investors reflect global capital markets' recognition of the tantalum-niobium rare metals sector as well as our integrated supply chain operational strength. This financing will help the company connect with global mineral resources and expand downstream client relationships. We will continue to refine our upstream resource layout and capacity expansion, steadily increasing our global market share.”
